About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Yakimono and bring a high level of energy and professionalism, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and crew. Main Role Responsibilities: - Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periods - Ensure work stations are maintained, stocked up & presentable at all times - Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training. - Address & resolve any bar-related issues and escalate to management as required - Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service Experience, Skills & Attributes: - Demonstrated experience as a FOH Supervisor (or above) in a high volume, fast-paced environment - Exceptional service skills and guest focus - Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods - Organisational and time management skills - Exemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for career growth - Solid understanding of supervisory practices - Exceptional communication and presentation - Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude - Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career - Ability and desire to mentor and lead others - Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift About Yakimono: A creative tribute to the corruptible side of Japanese cuisine, Yakimono is an exuberant inner-urban Japanese eating house in the heart of the CBD.
