Blending old-world European elegance with a contemporary edge to deliver a refined and immersive dining experience, Grill Americano aims to bring a new level of sophisticated dining to Sydney's culinary scene. Jobs available: - Senior Waitstaff - Section waitstaff - Food Runners - Busser/Polishers - FOH Supervisors What you can expect: - One-on-one interview with management - Skills assessment - Group activity Must be available to attend on the 14th or 15th October We are looking for people who have: - Experience as a waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant - Premium service experience is highly regarded - Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Must have or able to obtain a RSA (NSW) certificate About Lucas Collective: Formerly known as Lucas Restaurants and The Lucas Group, Lucas Collective is brought to you by restaurateur Chris Lucas.
