We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Medical Receptionist for a part time role in our practice. Our clinic has great GP's and friendly welcoming staff.

The following are considered essential for the position:

- Medical reception experiences a must (minimum 1 year)
- Best Practice software experience
- A passion for customer service and exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a workload.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Be approachable and diligence.
- Handle pressure and able to work independently.
- Pleasant telephone manner.

Duties (but not limited to)
- Meeting and greeting patients.
- Answering phones and making appointments.
- Billing and receipting money.
- Entering and scanning patient data and documents.
- Process Medicare billings and payments accurately
- Assist with day-to-day banking.
- Troubleshooting / Problem solving.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.45 - $32.52 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
