**About the position**

You have experience in outbound dialing and know how to build rapport and handle objections. You will have a reasonable knowledge of technology, IT infrastructure, basic hardware, and Software as a Software. You are resilient and enjoy building rapport with clients, having conversations about their business challenges, and exploring potential solutions.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Cultivate, manage, build and grow prospect relationships in order to deliver excellent customer service and value to our clients communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Cold calls and prospecting for new leads & accounts to build out a solid sales pipeline and build business intelligence
- Leverage existing leads and internal databases to build strong pipeline relationships
- Maintain SalesForce CRM software solution to track prospects and leads
- Develop an excellent understanding of our products and services to understand prospect needs
- Proactively contact prospects and ensure that every avenue to engage with prospects has been addressed
- Work with team to respond to prospect RFPs
- Prepare proposals for new business prospects
- Work within our KPI’s to deliver to budget
- Be able to speak to various business sectors
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
- Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
- Ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept
- Work with team to deliver presentations and demonstrations

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a sales and/or account management role
- Live entertainment ticketing and/or live entertainment/sports background.
- Experience using Salesforce
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Must be able to present in a professional manner and possesses excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills including experience managing accounts
- Must be able to multi-task, working independently and with others both internally and externally
- Ability to identify, analyze, and proactively respond to feedback and prospect requests
- Proven ability to work with a broad variety of businesses and levels of seniority.
