- **Maintain P&L and balance sheet** - cashflow management and forecasting.
- **Streamline Logistics**: Ensure every order arrives on time and every return is hassle-free.
- **Drive with Data**: Leverage analytics to propel us forward and keep us ahead.
- **Maintain Digital Excellence**: Collaborate with tech teams to ensure platform is second to none.
- **Build Strong Partnerships**: Manage vendor relationships with savvy and finesse.
- **Uphold Our Standards**: Be the guardian of compliance in a fast-paced digital marketplace.

**Who You Are**:

- An experienced professional with at least 5 years in business operations within an online business.
- A leader with the charisma to inspire and the strategic mind to innovate.
- **Skilled in eCommerce platforms, inventory systems, supply chain and warehouse, marketing and analytics tools.**:

- An exceptional communicator, problem-solver, and project manager.
- A passionate advocate for luxury / lifestyle brands and a champion of the customer experience.
