Anglicare Southern Queensland's Manly team provide an exciting lifestyle program and we are looking for a Part-Time Lifestyle Assistant to join our Manly Residential Aged Care Facility, 56 hrs per fortnight, weekdays and alternate weekends.

**About the role**:
Our lifestyle assistants are a key part of our service. Helping with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities/lifestyle programs enabling residents to participate in various experiences. Improving their quality of life.

**What we are looking for**:
To enable us to continue to provide the highest quality, person-centered care we are looking for someone with the following:

- Proven background in planning, conducting, and evaluating activity and diversional therapy programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of people including staff, management, and residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Commitment to ongoing quality improvement and professional development of the service and yourself
- Dedication to working within the Residential Aged Care sector to improve and enhance the lives of residents
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and to manage your own workload
- **A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- National Police Certificate (current within six months)
- Queensland Driver Licence
