**The Role**

After going through an exciting multi-million dollar rooms renovation over the past 12 months, we are now looking for motivated Front Office professionals, who will be part of the continuing growth of our brand-new property.
- A day in the life of our Guest Service Agent includes: _
- Welcoming guests to the hotel - you are the face of Manly Pacific
- Delivering exceptional, personalized & fun customer service while maintaining luxury standards to ensure all of our guests feel welcome
- Assisting guests with requests and memorable experiences with your warm personality & sharing your hotel and local knowledge
- Surprising & delighting our guests and ensuring one of the most unforgettable stays
- A can-do attitude as you turn enquiries into proactive opportunities

**Salary**: $21.43 - $35.20 per hour
