About the role
The key responsibilities of this role align with the Deputy Principal role description. As Deputy Principal of the Lower Years, Prep to Year 2, you will lead the kindy to 2 portfolio, including the transition program from Early Years Education to Primary Education. Knowledge of the Multi-Tiered System of Support, as well as Wellbeing and Engagement frameworks, will be advantageous.
Your Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
