As an integral member of our Leadership Team your key objectives will be to facilitate, guide, role model and support our team of educators to ensure an optimal learning environment for children.
- Passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Learning
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood industry, including VEYLDF, National Regulations and Quality Standards
- An understanding of the Jenny's ELC Values
- Demonstrated ability of being community minded and an understanding of the importance of community involvement
- Sound communication skills and an eye for detail
- Solution-focused, positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to not just lead but also inspire and motivate a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain, valid employee WWCC, and ideally a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent as a minimum.
