If you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual then we want YOU to join our SEQ Quarry Customer Service team based in our Milton Office

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide support for our customers in relation to quarry orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a rotating roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours of 5.45 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and rotational roster for Saturdays, 5.45 am to 11 am.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry by completing on the job training on processes and systems within a supportive team culture.

**Your day will involve**:

- Understand production capabilities of the Boral quarries and truck network, Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams

**What are we looking for?**
- Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week
- Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient customer service team
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
- Computer literacy required with experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment
