**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Group Executive of the MedHealth Personal Injury Division, the purpose of this role is to execute Access Psych's strategic business objectives through customer engagement, ensuring continued growth and development. Scale national business operations in line with budget expectations whilst enhancing the Access Psych employee experience and team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
People Leadership
- Support team to achieve budgeted profit and loss performance and key performance indicators.
- Lead key business leaders to grow and develop in their roles.
- Partner with Managers to create and sustain a culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery.

Business Operations
- Scale national business operations in line with budget expectations and growth aspirations.
- Develop strategic plan in line with business and growth requirements.
- Review and develop servicing model that delivers optimal client experience whilst delivering utilisation and efficiency targets.

Finance
- Prepare business unit budget.
- Manage expenditure within budget and in accordance with delegations.
- Provide leadership and direction to consulting psychologists to meet financial performance expectations as per budget.

Quality
- Demonstrate commitment to the Quality Management System (QMS) by performing all tasks in accordance with the WHG’s QMS and actively supporting all employees to do this.
- Routinely survey the internal and external environment to identify threats and opportunities to the business.
- Regularly review risks (internal and external) including legislative changes, to support business planning and response.

Customers
- Manage strategic business relationships with key customers in partnership with the team to support continued revenue growth and customer retention.
- Drive B2C market strategy with alignment to strategic plan.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
- Revenue diversification, via tenders, proposals, and pilot initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Full and current registration as a Psychologist or other mental health professional is desirable but not essential;
- Strategic management capabilities as a senior manager of a clinical services business.
- Experience scaling a business from small to large operations.
- Commercial acumen to drive divisional growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
- Excellent financial analysis skills.
- Determine strategies to identify anomalies and address accordingly.
- Advanced knowledge of worker’s compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
