**About the Role**:
At Home Loan Experts, the **Social Media Manager** plays a pivotal role in our broader marketing team, blending creativity, content strategy, and analytics to grow our brand visibility and drive lead generation across key platforms. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with content, SEO, design, and analytics teams to implement end-to-end social media campaigns with measurable impact.

**Major Deliverables**:

- Develop and implement insight-driven, **full-funnel social media strategies** that are directly aligned with core marketing KPIs and demonstrably drive ROI
- Champion the brand voice and persona with **Care**and precision across all platforms, tailoring sophisticated content strategies for diverse Australian audience segments
- Build brand presence and engagement through platform-specific strategies and content
- Launch and monitor paid campaigns (**Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok**) with a strong ROI and audience targeting focus
- Optimise content performance through A/B testing of headlines, creatives, and CTAs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content, SEO, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Monitor social trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly
- Use analytics tools to report on performance and make data-informed improvements
- Actively and consistently communicate Home Loan Experts' / Alaya status as a leading brand through all social media activities, in a manner that demonstrably drives tangible business growth and market impact.

**Technical skills**:

- Deep expertise across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Hands-on experience with social ad tools and analytics platforms (Meta Suite, Google Analytics)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling capability
- Visual editing using Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
- Video creation/editing using CapCut, Reels tools, or Premiere

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **3+ years in social media management** (agency or multi-brand experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- A compelling **history of winning**. Demonstrable success in developing and executing social media strategies that achieve significant digital engagement, community growth, and tangible business results (e.g., lead generation, conversions). A portfolio is required, showcasing campaign wins and your ability to overcome challenges.
