Dynamic in nature, results driven and collaborative in approach, our Online team is one you'll enjoy being a part of. Currently recruiting a Client Service Officer, we're on the lookout for a new team member with customer service and administrative experience.

**About the Role**

An integral part of our Online division and reporting to our Client Experience Manager, the Client Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of online insurance support.

Our Online division ensures customer service is provided at a high level. Every time. As a Client Service Officer, you will take ownership of client queries and see these through to completion with a focus on first call resolution.

Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals, and new business. The key to success in this role will be the superior service and commitment to delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients.

**About You**

With previous experience working in an administrative capacity (bonus points if it's in insurance, financial or professional services), you work well in a team environment in pursuit of common goals. Your highly effective communication skills will ensure the retention of our valued clients and the ability to manage high volumes of phone enquiries.

You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease. You're results-driven, comfortable using multiple systems have strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience, rapport-building skills, and adaptability will have you not just succeeding in this role but loving it too
