**About the role**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Customer Click & Collect teams, inventory, and office in charge activities.

You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and profitability of your store and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for your store’s inventory processes and financial management activities.

- To be proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures
- Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- To promote a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety, and wellbeing first
