**The Company**

Our client is a long standing FMCG wholesale distribution business established 35+ years ago, based in South West Sydney. They distribute and supply a variety of products including personal care, beverage, health and beauty products across multiple retail channels.

**The Role**

Due to continued growth in the business an opportunity has arisen for a Group Inventory Controller, who effectively manages the accuracy and accountability of all inventories in the warehouse and ensures agreed compliance and best practice across disciplines.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure and maintain product location integrity
- Audit all inventory processes and systems regularly
- Investigate all discrepancies, issues as well as perform regular stock and price adjustments
- Manage and control accurate inventory of stock
- Investigating & processing Customer credits
- Liaise with purchasing department, warehouse department and sales reps

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous inventory experience is required
- Effective communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the transport/logistics industry
- A good work ethic and friendly personality
