The Role:
**Day to day, you will**:

- Plan and manage events, including product launches and brand activations.
- Oversee event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
- Develop creative concepts for events that drive engagement and align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive event branding and manage on-site execution.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with the brand's target audience and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their integration and activation align with the brand's goals
- Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand visibility, reputation, and engagement.
- Create press releases, media pitches, and written content to communicate brand messages effectively.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to adapt strategies and manage crisis communications.
- Contribute to annual PR and brand budgets, managing expenses and optimising campaigns based on performance data.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- At least 3+ years experience working within a marketing team (public relations, events & partnerships focus) in a fast paced environment
- Any industry background considered
- Experienced in managing budgets and providing data-driven performance reports.
- Background in a fast-paced, brand-focused role, with hands-on influencer marketing experience.
- Passionate about fashion and marketing
- Collaborative and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
