**The Details...**

You will take a lead role in supporting our team to deliver the best possible service for our clients. You'll work closely with our management team, technical team, and contractors, helping to ensure that they continue to deliver electrical and data services to the level that our clients have come to expect.

From client communications to data entry, helping with scheduling jobs and keeping our online presence up to date, you will thrive here if you enjoy making people’s lives better. You will pitch in at our team meetings, help maintain our job management system, notice when your team-mates could use some support and play a vital role in nurturing our clients and ensuring their success.

This is a part time role 15-20 hours a week - we will work with you to agree on the days and hours that suit your circumstances. Our office is in Mornington but your working location can be negotiated.

We are a tech-savvy organisation, so it's important that you are eager to learn and quick to pick up new software and technologies. Whilst it will be helpful if you have used Office 365, ServiceM8, and Webflow, experience isn't essential. We’ll make sure you get the training you need. What's most important is a ‘can do' attitude, great time management and the desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
