Our Business Banking division serves over 10,000 clients across Australia. As a vital part of the thriving Commercial Banking business, serves businesses that turnover between $30M and $150M, delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment.
We are a team that focuses on commercial property clients and we are committed to understanding our clients, and delivering insights and creative solutions, to drive sustainable business growth.

Looking for a leadership role? Join our specialist Commercial Property team in Sydney We're offering two exciting opportunities to lead and develop teams, working with larger, complex clients and deals. You'll either lead a team of 14 Senior Associates and Analysts or 7 Account Managers.
**More specifically, you will**:
- Leading specialist teams of high-performing Senior Associates, Analysts and Account managers to deliver high-quality and timely credit outcomes for business customers.
- Coach and develop analysts in building their credit acumen, policy, and risk appetite adherence.
- Drive a zero-defect culture that delivers Credit Assurance, Hindsight, and other key Credit Risk outcomes within the Group's business banking risk appetite.
- Develop and lead a culture of risk ownership; proactively identify and assess risks and execute risk-mitigating procedures in conjunction with Risk Management.Ensure technical capability in commercial credit analysis for business banking.
**What are we looking for?**
We're looking two Team Managers who can engage, lead, and guide the teams to success. Supporting your team in achieving their goals and drive a culture of accountability.
**To be successful, you should have**:
- Experience as a leader, senior analyst or similar with a strong risk mindset and credit skills.
- Strong financial services industry experience, including sales and/or risk roles.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial credit, banking and financial services products, strong commercial acumen, and risk knowledge.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
