Job Description

**Your role**
As Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support services to relevant stakeholders throughout the recruitment and selection lifecycle.
A key focus of this position is to undertake end-to-end administrative recruitment activities in line with associated policies and procedures. This position is responsible for the timely delivery of recruitment and selection supports for our key stakeholders, and working to drive best practice engagement, selection, and recruitment outcomes.

**Recruitment Administrator, Contract - Full Time Position (38 Hours Per Week) Based in South Brisbane immediate start to end January 2025**

**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver administrative support activities such as posting and closing job advertisements on both internal and external career boards, conducting phone screenings, organising pre-employment checks, and supporting with shortlisting as required.
- Ensure prompt follow up of submitted requisitions, including approvals, updates, and resubmissions of job requisitions as required.
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met and that the recruitment lifecycle progresses in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Provide support throughout the recruitment and selection process to hiring managers as required throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support with onboarding processes, including system support and ensuring appropriate induction and Payroll requirements are completed prior to commencement.
- Ensure recruitment records and employee electronic files are maintained with accurate recording of key employment documentation and paperwork in accordance with approved internal processes.
- Provide required information to support recruitment reporting requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

**Qualifications and experience**
- Previous experience in a HR administration or recruitment role.
- Previous experience undertaking recruitment activities within a HCM (ELMO preferred but not essential)
- Works to tight timeframes and manages time well.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service outcomes.
- Exemplary phone manner, a professional attitude and well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society.
