**About Us**:
Pace Appointments is a niche, privately owned specialist recruitment company experiencing year on year growth. As a specialist agency that is respected for its intimate industry relationships and expert knowledge, we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Recruitment Administrator with exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills to join and support our team on a maternity leave contract.
**About the role**:
With strong administration skills, and a proactive approach you will successfully navigate a variety of tasks with an excellent level of attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing customer service, administrative, clerical and accounts assistance to the Operations & Finance Manager and team of Recruitment Consultants, whilst ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing office phonelines and database integrity
- Formatting various documents including resume preparation
- Marketing/Social media content
- Preparation of reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, office housekeeping and filing
- Assist with accounts and provide payroll support.

**Experience Required**:
- Proven experience within the Recruitment industry or a similar environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Possesses exceptional communication and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills and adept attention-to-detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
