**Your new company**
Opportunity to work for one of Australia's leading construction contractors who have multiple tier one clients and are currently working on a number of prestigious projects. As a construction contractor they pride themselves on both the design and build of major infrastructure and bulk earthwork projects

**Your new role**
As a Earthworks supervisor you will be a pivotal part of the construction delivery team. You will be responsible for;
- The management of staff and plant operations with a strong focus on bulk earthworks
- Effective communication, information flows, procedures and records necessary to facilitate delivery of contract and quality requirements
- Reporting safety hazards, incidents and ensuring thorough investigation are carried out.
- Completing toolbox meetings
- Supporting the management teams through the project life cycle.

**What you'll need to succeed**

***
- Previous experience supervising teams within civil, earthworks or mining.
- Frontline Management or similar supervisor training 'preferred'
- Demonstrated safety and environmental leadership behaviour
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong track record of building and managing teams
