The role of Employee Services /Payroll Support Officer requires handling of all Employee Services and Payroll inbound & outbound contacts whilst delivering excellent service that will consistently satisfy all customers of Employee Services & Payroll.
The Employee Services /Payroll Support Officer will take ownership of each contact and ensure the customer experiences are tailored, sophisticated and are aligned with specified customer journeys as defined by Goodstart and under each States Legislation.
**Your Impact**:
Document customer requests inside a ticketing management system, understanding hand off points for escalating requests/information when appropriate and/or necessary to satisfy SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). Building rapport with customers to ensure service excellence to resolve queries, problems, or complaints.
Resolve incoming requests to the ES/Payroll queue to ensure timely resolutions for the customer.
Complete outbound calls and undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the Employee Services and Payroll team.

**What you can bring to the table**:
Have a minimum of 6 months inbound customer service experience
Possess excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
A basic knowledge / experience within a payroll of HR environment is an advantage.
