**Farm Section Supervisor (Horticulture / Vegetables)**

Employment Basis: Full-time

Location: Werribee South, VIC

Wage: Neg. $70,000 - $75,000 per annum (or equivalent hourly rate) + superannuation

Mason Bros Vegetable Farms, located in Werribee South, is an industry leader in growing and supplying the freshest cut vegetables throughout Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Section Supervisor to join our farming team. This position combines coordination, supervision and practical hands-on farming work.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Undertake planting, spraying, watering and fertigation programs
- Assist with guiding and coordinating farm workers and farm site activities
- Operating farm machinery including tractors and sprayers
- Daily pre-operational check of farm machinery and related equipment
- Calibration and maintenance of farm and chemical spraying equipment
- Completion of quality assurance data inputs
- Ensure environmental conditions are suitable to operations and tasks
- Fueling and cleaning of machinery
- Regular communication and coordination with Farm Supervisors / Managers

**Essential Skills/Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification such as Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent
- Practical experience in horticulture / farming
- Experienced tractor driving / sprayer operating / chemical user.
- Supervisory and coordination skills
- Hold a current driver’s license and forklift license.
- Hold a current agricultural chemical user permit (essential)
