Our client is an industry specialist in plumbing maintenance, facilities management and servicing across the whole of Australia. They work with a wide client base including state government, commercial and industrial clientele.

Due to recent growth, they require an additional Scheduling/ Service coordinator to join the team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and prioritise jobs based on urgency and respond to energy call out requests
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary equipment and materials for each job
- Monitor and manage technician schedules to ensure the maximum utilisation of resources
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all jobs, including work orders, time cards, and service reports
- Liaise with clients and technicians to ensure that all service calls are handled professionally and in a timely manner
- Continuously improve scheduling processes to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
- Respond to client inquiries regarding scheduling, job status, and other related matters
- Working with Operations Manager to maintain team culture and morale

**What you'll ned to be successful**:

- Experience within an administrative/ scheduling role, preferably within a maintenance or service role
- Experience using MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate, liaise and build relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and organised
- Ability to work as part of a small team and autonomously
