We are a growing mobile repair business seeking a motivated and organised Scheduling & Sales Coordinator to join our Sydney team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love speaking with customers, and can keep technicians moving smoothly, this role is for you

What you'll do

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries (phone, email, online) with professionalism and energy.
  • Provide and follow up on quotes for repairs (training provided).
  • Convert enquiries into booked jobs through great communication and service.
  • Schedule technicians efficiently, ensuring jobs are allocated correctly.
  • Liaise with the field team to keep workflows running smoothly.
  • Problem-solve and create solutions when challenges arise, ensuring customers and technicians are supported.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, building trust and repeat business.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service (essential).
  • Previous exposure to a mobile service business (essential).
  • ***ServiceM8 software experience*** (must-have).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously once trained.
  • A positive communicator who can juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A natural problem solver who can think quickly and provide practical solutions.
