WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated professional to support their Field Service team, providing exceptional service to clients nationwide. Collaborating with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations, you will play a key role in coordinating activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- As the Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include answering customer calls, scheduling service technicians, processing service reports and invoices, managing service agreements and renewals, assisting with quotations, coordinating subcontractors, supporting the Service Manager and team, managing spare parts inventory, and handling general administrative duties.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- 2-4 years of administration experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent English communication skills are a must.
- Please note that full COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for this role.
