Our mission is to support the Australian business community to transact securely. We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our Head of Sales Development.

**Role Summary**:
The Sales Development Manager will be a key driver of our sales strategy and growth. You will lead and mentor a team of SDRs in our Australian office to generate high-quality leads and results.

**As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, activity levels, and overall team productivity.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize lead generation processes and implement best practices
- Design and implement efficient processes for lead qualification, follow-up, and handoff to the sales team
- Engage and collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and enhance overall business performance.

**Requirements (skills and experience)**:

- Proven experience in sales development, with a track record of success in leading and managing SDR teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
