We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Content Creator / Digital Marketing Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, crafting engaging content that embodies our values and vision, while managing and coordinating the efforts of our remote marketing team. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**
- Comfortable to be the face of our company and to be in front of camera and engaging to our clients via video or image posts.
- Optimize and repurpose content for multiple social channels (e.g. Reels, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
- Identify and jump on trends to ensure our brand is operating at the speed of culture
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the content resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor content performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.

**Team Coordination**
- Act as the central point of contact for our marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate our influencer marketing team.
- Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear instructions, expectations, and deadlines.
- Oversee the progress of content production, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are on-brand.
- Facilitate regular team check-ins and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content creator with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create reels, stories, videos, and photos.
- Ability to write click-worthy content and tell a captivating story
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
