**Position Overview**:
We are seeking experienced **Manufacturing Operators** to join our team in a fast-paced beverage can manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and significant operational experience in complex, high-pressure manufacturing settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Perform mechanically complex component change-outs, fault-finding, and rectifications to ensure continuous production flow.
- Monitor and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards and optimise production efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-speed or continuous production settings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform complex mechanical tasks, including component change-outs and fault rectifications.
- Technical trade qualifications will be viewed favourably, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Rotating Roster: 7-day shift pattern, 6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am, 2 x day shifts, 2 x night shifts, 4 days off.
