Responsibilities/Main Activities:
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire a motivated and professional
**Sales Development Specialist** to join our innovative and respected sales development team.
**Based in Australia or Singapore** and reporting to the Regional Sales Development Manager.
You will work as the most senior and experienced team member in the SEA, ANZ region to identify, research and approach customers in target industries.
Utilising your expert outbound sales skills and leveraging our established digital marketing organisation, our goal is to identify, research, contact and qualify prospects in across various industries in Asutralia and Singapore with the primary goal of booking a meeting for our Field Sales Team. Target industries include Energy Generation, Oil & Gas, Transport, Construction and Engineering.
This position is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Generation and Sales Development Representative (SDR) from the computer software sector (i.e. SaaS, Subscription Sales, Perpetual Sales), with exceptional language skills, new business prospecting and outbound sales skills.

**Responsabilities**
- Outbound lead generation across SEA/ANZ market to fuel Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence pipeline and Growth.
- Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
- Utilize industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events.
- High-level discovery and educational conversations using BANT Methodology
- Book meetings for Field Sales and prepare for handover
- Manage, track, and report on all activities
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Experience in lead qualification, lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting
- Proactive and comfortable with cold calling
- Good internet research skills
- Fluency in English
- Tenacious and coachable
- Good team player and willingness to collaborate
