**Who are you?**

You are an experienced Physio/OT, who has an amazing ability to assess, review, recommend and create resources for both your clients and your team Not only can you work autonomously, but you have brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail is your forte and you feel comfortable working in a high-growth business. As an Allied Health clinician, you will have the autonomy to structure your own day to meet key deliverables, and will hone your skills in onto the following tasks:

- Work as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Assessment of residents (functional and mobility)
- Managing pain management plans for residents
- Delivery of mobility and re-enablement exercises
- Fall prevention, education, and strength training work

- Relevant Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Valid National Police Check
- Current Vaccination Evidence (Flu Shot + COVID Vaccine)

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
