**About the role
Permanent part time or full time opportunity to contribute to client care within the Community Transition Care Program (CTCP) or the Hospital in the Home (HITH) Services by providing clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of an allied health professional.
About you
Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Provide a defined range of clinical screening assessments as delegated and allowed by testing guidelines and legislation.
Provide a defined range of treatments as prescribed by multidisciplinary health professionals and work under their delegation and supervision. This may include using decision support tools, clinical pathways, and patient-specific guidelines.
Initiate changes to treatment programs using results from standardised assessment tools.
