**About Us**
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and projects
- Coordinating recruitment and selection processes including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding staff
- Advising managers and employees on workplace relations, performance management, and employment conditions
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems
- Supporting staff induction, training, and career development programs
- Assisting with HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Atleast 1 year experience in HR advisory or HR administration role
- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace relations and employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
**Salary**:
AUD $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (exclusive of superannuation).
