Provide day-to-day Donor Engagement and Donor Recognition including:

- Work with fundraising colleagues to collaborate on and integrate strategies for donor acknowledgements and stewardship practices that foster the growth and retention of our donors and drives an increased average gift.
- Support in the development and assist in the delivery of a comprehensive donor experience strategy.
- Help create customised and impactful donor gift acknowledgments - from impact videos to thank you events, plaques, certificates, or gifts.
- Work with Relationship Managers to ensure donor records are kept up to date in Raisers edge CRM system.
- Create reports and work with Relationship Managers to ensure key recognition milestones are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of an annual donor recognition event including event and donor stewardship strategies.
