**What You'll Do**:
As the **Manufacturing Manager**you will:
**Make a difference**: Ensure safe and efficient manufacturing of products using ITW best practice and quality control guidelines to meet customer expectations. Co-ordinate production staff activities be responsible for leading and developing the production team by providing direction and ensuring that employees understand their roles and team performance objectives.

**Innovate and solve problems**: Implement and maintain the Offsite Quality Management System. Participate in internal and external quality related investigations on non-conforming products or processes.

**Collaborate**: Work collaboratively with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager to deliver/ exceed productivity targets through continuous improvement. Strong people management skills, overseeing a team of 10+ employees, including Machine Operators and Support Staff

**Continuous Improvement**:Manage variable manufacturing budgets with a focus on cost saving initiatives and opportunities including Operational and Capital Expenditure

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience (5 Years+) in Manufacturing Operations leadership roles with a strong track record of results across all aspects of operations, including safety and quality management
- Strong commitment to building safety and high-performance culture
- Ability to build leverage influential relationships across functions to deliver results
- Natural Leader - Identifies and delivers key focus areas whilst managing other work differently
- Experienced in Quality and Safety Management Systems
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- High Standard of oral and written communication
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Location - Victoria, Dandenong South
