Overview:
Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, fashion-driven warehouse? As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—keeping everything moving smoothly, efficiently, and on time. From managing stock levels and dispatching orders to motivating your team to hit key performance targets, your role is essential to making sure our customers get what they love, when they want it. Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead & Inspire**: Supervise, coach, and train your team, creating a positive, fun, and productive environment where everyone thrives. You’ll keep things running like clockwork and ensure daily KPIs are met.
- **Smooth Operations**: Oversee stock management, making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. Whether it’s receiving new stock or shipping orders out the door, you’ll make sure things move fast and flawlessly.
- **Safety First**: Champion safety and compliance by ensuring all team members follow best practices and safety protocols—because nothing’s more important than keeping everyone safe and sound.
- **Always Improving**: We love fresh ideas You’ll look for ways to optimise processes, boost efficiency, and keep things running better than ever.
- **Keep It Clean & Organised**: A tidy warehouse is a happy warehouse. You’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, creating a workspace that’s both safe and efficient.
- **Admin & Reporting**: From preparing rosters to tracking team performance, you’ll handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything on track. Timely reporting is key to ensuring we hit our financial and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse setting, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain high stock accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with teams across the business, so we need someone who can collaborate effectively.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Great time management and organisational skills, with the ability to stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
