**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Working on legislative drafting projects relating to transport policy in areas such as road rules, driver licensing, vehicle standards, marine pollution, marine safety and rail safety. This includes directly instructing the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel. Providing advice in relation to legislation development and machinery of government processes. Reviewing legislative proposals by other Queensland Government agencies and local governments to consider and respond to potential interactions and impacts with transport portfolio legislation.
