**Overview**:
**Main Duties**:

- Manage and maintain customer relationships, providing information on services, and pricing.
- We offer full training for all duties to ensure excellence at all levels.
- Resolving customer's concern, promote firm and client loyalty.
- Create and maintain customer accounts, including order history and billing information.
- Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Input a customer's modification into a database while ensuring accuracy.
- Ensuring primary metrics are met through effortless customer experience.
- Maintaining first call resolutions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.

- Professional attitude.
- Ability and willingness to exercise good judgment.
- Able to follow and action instructions.
- Ability to aid other team members in a friendly, personable manner.
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Able to use of own intuition but not scared of asking for assistance.
- Willing to learn and continually build upon own level of experience.
- Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues quickly.
