Are you looking for an opportunity to work with an industry-leading company? IQVIA is currently recruiting for a remote Decentralized Trials Study Coordinator to support sites in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

As a pivotal member of the DCT team, you will be involved with a variety of tasks to support the clinical research sites and ensure the smooth running of the clinical trial, including:

- Provide portal/system training and support to site staff and patients
- Perform a variety of procedures to collect, record, report and interpret data on patients enrolled and/or seeking enrollment in clinical studies
- Review and understand study protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs), other study-specific documents, and electronic data capture systems used to record clinical research data
- Responsible for remote visit scheduling and coordination
- Provide training to new investigator site staff members on study-specific topics and requirements.
- Prepare for and attend tele visits
- Provide study participant support with pre-screening, consent, & virtual visit activities
- BS/BA in life sciences or educational equivalent and/or relevant work experience in a clinical environment or medical setting, e.g. clinical research coordinator, Research Assistant, nurse, medical assistant, other medical profession
- Good knowledge of clinical trials, combined with in-depth knowledge of departmental, protocol and study-specific operating procedures, consent forms, and study schedules
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Good organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail
