12 month contract with one of Tasmania's well known insurance businesses

**Your new company**
An established and well recognised player within its market, this Organisation is an iconic Tasmanian brand and is an industry leader. Having seen significant growth in recent years they are now seeking an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join their team full time on a 12 month contract

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, completing the bank reconciliation, processing journal entries, accounts payable and providing support to the Financial Controller as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
A self starter, you’ll pride yourself on your ability to organise and prioritise tasks and work with a team. You’ll have a strong background in a similar accounts focused role and be able to hit the ground running. Although not essential, you’ll be degree qualified or currently studying towards, or alternatively an appropriate level of relevant experience. Previous experience with software such at Finance One or Technology One is highly desirable.
