About the role
We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable data, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and receipting of tenant payments, and providing excellent customer service.
This role would suit an energetic team player experienced in accounts payable or a professional looking for their next challenge.
Responsibilities
The position is in our Asset Management Services Team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable and receivable, and providing advice and support to internal customers.
- Processing large volumes of invoices.
- Processing accounts receivable receipts.
- Maintains data in related payment and receipts, reconciliation and accounting systems with integrity and accuracy.
- Processing accounts receivable receipts.
- Provide support in lease administration
- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar financial position
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and experience with financial accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills
- A can-do attitude
