**What’s the opportunity?**
**This role is required to be on campus 5 days per week.**
**What will you do?**
**Customer Service**:
- Support the local campus in the daily operations being the local point of contact for all students.
**Training Operations Coordination**:
Confirm workplace bookings, gather necessary information for training sessions, and manage contract trainers.
Direct remote students to appropriate course locations and support trainers with client inquiries.
- Oversee MOS Certification exams and ensure access to relevant Teams channels.
**Administrative Tasks**:
Handle various administrative duties, including vendor/supplier forms, CRM data entry, and invoice management.
- Maintain accuracy in marking remittances, purchase orders, and payment terms. Review and manage bookings, cancellations, and student attendance.
**What have you accomplished?**
Previous experience in customer service, operations coordination, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
