**The Role**

As a **Handyman/Maintenance Person**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our property. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Troubleshooting and addressing minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping and front office teams to maintain a safe and functional environment for guests.

**About You**
- Have experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members and guests.
- Be physically able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a well-presented property.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Valid working rights in Australia.

**Job Type**: Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Handyman / Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
