**Your Recruitment Experience**

Your recruitment experience could be in house or agency, you may have been a 360 degree recruiter or hybrid consultant. If you really want to earn serious commissions because you believe in yourself then let's talk. You will:

- Have experience in Volume Recruitment (admin, insurance, healthcare or other)
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Have an interest in bringing joy to your work
- Work well in teams
- Be a self-starter
