**About Us**

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is a Victorian based business that is seeking a Recruitment Consultant of various skill levels to join our driven and supportive team. Our office is located Carrum Downs and this role will see you recruiting for a diverse range of positions and businesses.

We are offering training and career development for recruiters starting their careers. For experienced recruiters we are offering a place to leverage your well-honed recruiting skills to maximise personal and business returns.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
- Database management (RecruitOnline), adding notes and filling orders
- Performance management of casual workforce, roster and manage attendance and performance
- Possess a comprehensive appreciation of workplace, health and safety practices, actively promote good safety principles

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Initiative, flexibility and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High levels of self-motivation and initiative
- Takes ownership of and accountability for one's work is required in this role
- Meet deadlines and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
- Demonstrated strong administration skills and ability to multitask and work within competing priorities

Most of all you must enjoy working with a variety of ONGOING roles in manufacturing, transport, logistics, trades, customer service, administration.
