Melbourne Sports Institute is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working employee to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team at our offices in Caufield South to help support the growth of our team in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. **Position Details**:
As a recruitment consultant you will support the end-to-end recruitment for the Melbourne Sports Institute Client base as well as business development in the Sports Education Sector. In this role you will report to the Director of the Company daily and will be responsible for the following:

- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example online advertising platforms and social media.
- Identifying business development opportunities and focusing on building long term relationships with clients.
- Supervising the day-to-day functions and workflow management of our sports recruitment agency;
- Assist with building the company’s profile and promotion of the business including via social media channels;
- Consistently striving for ‘Best Practice’ service reflected in evolving business policies and operations for continuous improvement.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position you will possess the following skills and experience:

- At least a Bachelor of Human Resource Management or related fields
- You must be open inter-state travel, including Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Sydney to meet and liaise with Inter-State Clients.
- Must be willing to work after hours during the period of May - August (Including 5pm-9pm)
- Must be willing to work Saturday morning's 6.30am-1pm during busy periods of sport;
- Have a curious and innovative mindset, can-do attitude, hands-on approach, works with a sense of urgency, analytical and logical and remains composed under pressure;
- Superior communication skills across all mediums and ability to build relationships at all levels of the business and community;
- Proven track record in exceeding service expectations and meeting mutually agreed targets;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Australian sports education market;
- Highly organised and ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
