**About the Role**

You will be responsible for preparing and managing the end-to-end Tender Bid Process, ensuring accountability for overseeing written content, design offers, pricing, legal aspects, marketing, compliance, and submission of Tenders for Workwear Group Uniforms.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Merchandise, Commercial, Sourcing and Supply Chain teams, as well as Business Development and Bidwrite (external supplier). Your role includes overseeing and assisting in the preparation of tenders, ensuring that compelling tenders, design offers, and required testing/compliance submissions (including Appendices) are developed, reviewed, signed off, and submitted in a timely manner.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Preparing initial information for bid/no bid decisions to be made
- Managing the tender timeline along with publishing all key deliverables to agreed timeframes
- Overseeing the preparation of high-quality tender content and process for all allocated tenders
- Inclusion and communication with all key stakeholders
- Overseeing timelines and delivery of Compliance to Policy and Standards (Certificates required)
- Bid Project and Timeline management
- Supporting & collaborating with Sales Managers’ and wider bid team, with management of tender content library, and reporting requirements
- Facilitate tender responses including supplying standard business content and collating final responses, pricing and Appendices.
- Meeting all required deadlines
- Assisting and managing all follow up information as requested during the bid process

**What we’re looking for**

You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally with B2B, Business Development or Customer Relationship Management experience.
- Project Management Skills, with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to agreed timings and budgets.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project) with advanced Word skill
- Writing and communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Strong attention to detail
