**Position overview**

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to support the growth and development of our business, with focus on bid management and support for other marketing activities.

The Bid Manager will be responsible for driving all relevant processes, governance and best practice behaviour for BSA’s opportunities and bids and will possess the expertise to guide business teams to prepare winning proposals.

As an integral part of our Sales & Marketing Team, the Bid coordinator is accountable for the end-to-end management of bids including sourcing, administration, client liaison, bid-writing, value proposition development, document presentation and collation, and coordination of post tender activities such as presentations and clarifications.

**Position responsibilities**
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of a bid ensuring that it is completed on time and answers the client’s questions as fully as possible
- Development of timeline and bid milestones from initial review of documentation through response development, draft preparation and management sign off
- Coordinate bid team and inputs from a variety of support functions, typically involving contributions from HSEQ, operations, finance, commercial and legal
- Ownership of the written proposal, both in terms of content and presentation
- Coordinating the handover of successful bids for mobilisation by operations
- Arrange post bid reviews with customers, post contract award
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the focal point for all bid related queries and communication
- Create, share and maintain a bid library to enable the efficient compilation of written documentation
- Create, share and maintain sales and marketing assets on Sharepoint
- Monitor tender notification systems to actively pursue new bid opportunities
- Manage marketing initiatives such as producing online content, photography and assisting with events
- Undertake reporting and administrative duties as required by the sales and marketing team

**Your attributes**
- Experience operating in a similar role
- Experience within the property services industries is desired - HVAC, Fire, Electrical, BMS construction and/or maintenance
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficiency in project management to run simultaneous bid processes
- Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or a related discipline
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in grammar and spelling
- Proficiency across the MS Office suite, Sharepoint and experience with the Adobe Creative software
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to continually learn and develop your skills.
