**About the role**

As our Showroom Manager you will work with two other Showroom Sales Consultants while managing the day to day functions of the showroom itself.

You will be working closely with our customers to offer them product support and design solutions on our front of wall bathroom products while inspiring them with a winning instore experience.

Day to day you will be responsible for driving, generating and maximising sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and developing strategies to grow the business and increase profit. You will ensure that sales budgets are achieved through monitoring the showroom performance against objectives while co-ordinating key account activities and developing new business opportunities.

**About you**

Knowledge of the plumbing and bathroom industry is advantageous but we are looking for someone who has a strong sales focus, is a decision-maker and prides themselves on delivering a customer experience that is second to none. This is a full time permanent position which includes rostered Saturdays.
