We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer who has a creative approach to problem-solving and is all about the user journey to drive the future of Grill’d brand communications.

**About the role**:
This role also extends support to the print team and assists with artworking and typesetting and has ownership of our printed menu rollouts. This is an exciting area where you can exercise your creative flair and through exposure to various departments, spearhead new digital initiatives. We want you to produce work that you can be proud of

Our Digital Designer is also responsible for:

- Producing, coding & rolling out a series of one-off EDMs that push the norm
- Managing the Grill’d image library & setting briefs for imagery to be used across our platforms
- The creation of both static & motion HTML banners for each campaign as well as website assets
- Supporting Social Media with innovative filters and giphies
- Mentoring other designers within the digital space

**You have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, digital/interactive media design, multimedia, or similar
- 6+ years working within a Digital Team (agency experience is a plus)
- An appreciation and understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects & Figma (or similar program)
- Excellent image retouching skills
- A thorough understanding of HTML5 & CSS
- Working Knowledge of Adobe InDesign & other Creative Cloud apps
- Experience with a CRM program like Salesforce or similar
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with colleagues & senior stakeholders
- Bonus points for motion design, strong Excel skills, illustration capabilities
